Refund policy
Because every order is made to order and shipped on demand, we don't accept
returns or exchanges for change of mind, and hand-signed items are final sale.
**Damaged, defective, or incorrect items.** If your order arrives damaged,
defective, or wrong, email us at keeganallisonmusic@gmail.com within 30 days of
delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a
full refund.
**Lost in transit.** If tracking shows your order didn't arrive, contact us and
we'll make it right.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few
business days for the refund to appear.
